Our maintenance services are starting with "basic support" where we provide helpdesk and hardware insurance and can go to "full" 24*7*365 support where our engineers can replace the defective material with our spare parts within 4 hours after notification in Belgium. Data Unit engineers are continuously trained to achieve the highest vendor certificates in order to successfully replace any appliance that is under a maintenance contract. We also invest year after year in new spare parts for our customers.
